We can design and build your dream home from the pre-planning stage to final snagging — handing you the keys on completion. It’s a one-stop, stress-free solution. BWC employs an experienced team of architects, planners, engineers, interior designers and other professionals who will work together to realize your vision. By getting involved early we can also provide advice on “buildability” and value-engineered cost options.
Working under the guidance and direction of your dedicated project manager, the team will conduct an initial site survey and feasibility study to determine what can be achieved. They’ll then prepare a planning proposal for local authority submission including drawings, site elevations, and the architect’s design and access statement. On approval, we’ll produce construction drawings, 3D visualizations, a schedule of materials and finishes and other specialist requirements, fully cost for your review and sign off.
Once approved, we will discharge any pre-commencement planning conditions and schedule the construction program to suit your preferred timescales. During the construction phase, your project manager will be on-site daily to ensure everything progresses as planned. On completion, he’ll prepare a snagging list of items requiring further work before hand over.
